If you’re a numbers person, Xiaomi is killing it in India. Last month, the company announced it had sold more than 500,000 smartphones in less than three days between October 1 to 3, an industry-first milestone. Later in the month, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun published a note on Xiaomi India’s Facebook page announcing the company’s latest milestone having sold 1 million smartphones in just 18 days as the online retailers in the country went on an overdrive for the festive season.

India is an extremely important market in Xiaomi’s globalization strategy and their largest market outside of mainland China, and per Lei Jun’s post, Xiaomi aims to capture the largest market share in India within 3-5 years.

Yet, all is not well. My Twitter and Facebook timeline is full of rants against what are great devices. Poor after-sales support experience, non-availability of spare parts, and long wait times for getting devices serviced have hurt customer experience and brand reputation. In an informal poll I did on Twitter asking about issues with Xiaomi in India, ‘after-sales service’ garnered over 40% of votes.

    Did you notice different sidebars on different pages? With that option i can have right content at right place, I will be gutted if i was forced to display same sidebars on all pages. I must say the small but important things were taken cared of nicely in this theme.

It lets me enter my comment first and then the formalities like asking my name, email address, etc comes. It sound like a small thing but see how it affects the psyche of your readers who uses that form to post a comment.

    The sidebar of this theme is so prominent that it is the best place to show advertisement banners, if you plan to monetize your blog with different advertisement banners, this WordPress theme you should go for.

    Along with the text content, media content like images and vidoes are also presented beautifully with this theme, i can have images in my post the way i want it and it just looks awesome.

    Beauty for me is as an admin i have control over EVERYTHING, The whole theme is widget ready so that makes it easy for me to display the elements which i want to display. Just drag and drop the widgets and I am done. I must say this is one well thought out product as a whole, m lovin it!

    This seems like a cool looking WordPress theme for starting a personal blog, the focus is on the content and i am loving the typography of the blog. Readability is what bloggers look for and in my opinion this theme is a perfect match.
